Campus FM is also a training laboratory for University students.  Students acquire broadcasting skills and master advert production, scripting for radio, voice projection, production of classroom aides and console training.  Students also produce CD roms and voice-overs for video production.

Our studios are fully equipped with the latest technology.  However, students can work on the traditional reel-to-reel machines, or else opt for digital audio recording and editing.

The use of the studios is free of charge for all registered students as long as the work is directly related to their academic studies.  Lecturers can also make use the studios free of charge, to produce supplementary work for formal credits.  Audio technical officers are always available to give the necessary tehnical support.

Studio time is available Monday to Friday between 0800 and 1700 hours.
